Since video games become popular, one of the most played has been Sega Bass Fishing. While not new to the arcade market, the new version put out by Nintendo for the Wii has sold millions of copies. This game was originally put out in the 1990s, but has evolved to a very realistic version that many have said has brought back childhood memories of a local bass tournament, or just a day at the river with friends.

The bass fishing game for the Nintendo Wii is rated E for everyone, and has several different modes, including arcade, practice, tournament and nature modes. Practice mode helps improve the player’s skill at the game, which will better prepare the player for tournament mode. Arcade mode is basically an original version of the game. Nature mode allows the player to casually fish in a body of water, without a time limit or any other restrictions. Whatever mode of play you choose, this game can be quite fun and offers several hours of fishing “play.” The different modes of play add to the charm of the game and will keep you from becoming bored.

Playing Sega Bass Fishing is fun and easy. You simply make a flinging motion with the Wiimote to cast your reel. Once you have your lure in the water, wiggling the Wiimote around will work the lure. Using the nunchuk to reel in the line is very simple. As you catch more and more fish, you can build up your supply of fishing tackle. The tension of the line once a fish has been hooked is easy to see with an on-screen gauge. If the line breaks, then, just like in real life, a fish will probably get away.

Sega Bass Fishing for the Nintendo Wii is a great game. It is basically a better looking version than all of the previous ones. However, the graphics do look better compared to the older games. The sounds in the game are quite cheesy, but fit the ambiance of the game quite well. The game really has no plot, but is just as fun as the original versions. The Wii version of the game is sure to bring back old arcade fishing memories.

When you first think about making your own DIY CNC the first thing you will need to do is decide on a design. There are basically two types of designs that you will have to choose from. Either you want one with a stationary gantry and a mobile bed, or you want one with a mobile gantry and a stationary bed. There are advantages to both types.

The mobile bed is usually used on smaller machines like engravers and isn’t as common as the stationary bed. You will also need to decide on how large you want the cutting area to be which will be determined by the size of the material you will want to cut. This may change as you build and as you start looking for parts.

Another item to take into consideration is how big a machine you want. If your space is limited, you will have to consider how far you want your router to travel. This may mean that it just goes the length of the space. In any case you won’t want to have wasted space in the area where you are going to use your CNC Router.

Computers and the Internet have changed drastically in the last 20 years or so.

Up until Microsoft came out with Windows, not very many people had home computers, and business computers were not that commonplace except for the larger companies that had the big IBM’s and the like.

I recall when I purchased my first computer in about 1993, it had Windows For Workgroups installed on it, and it was a far cry from the present day computer and current versions of Windows. It also cost me about three times what a much more powerful machine costs today.

The Internet and email were just getting started good, and were not even very popular or very widely used by most people. I recall telling one of my golfing buddies, who was a very successful business man, about my encounters with the internet, and he told me that it was just a fad and would never amount to a hill of beans.

When I first got the computer, I was so uneducated on computer use that I didn’t even know how to turn the darn thing on and off correctly. Every night, I would push the on-off switch and turn it off, and next day when I pushed the same switch to turn it back on, it would rudely inform me that it was having to run scandisk because I did not shut Windows down properly. I said to myself, you stupid machine, how else to turn you off and on except with the on-off switch?

Well, as time went on I started to learn a few things about how to use a computer, even how to turn it off and on, and also about how to use Windows and all of its features. I didn’t really use it all that much though, more just a toy than anything else.

I upgraded to Windows 95, and thought it to be much improved over the
older version. A few years later, I purchased a new Pentium computer with
Windows 98. About that same time, I really started to get serious about using the computer, and
also email and the Internet. I discovered I could do my banking online, I
could find and order products over the Internet, I could search for information over the Internet, and from that point on I was hooked.

I began to think about actually learning how to create my own web site, just to see if I could. I purchased some books about 4 inches thick and began to study HTML, and after several weeks of trying to figure out what looked like a foreign language to me, I managed to create a really bad looking web page. Boy, was I proud!

I thought there must be a better way to learn computer skills, and started buying those hot new “eBooks” that everyone was selling like hotcakes. Some of them were pure junk, but a few were worth the price, and made learning somewhat easier.

I kept thinking, though, that there should be a better and easier way to
learn all of those highly technical skills that I needed to learn. I needed
someone that already knew the skills to give me some “one on one” training, and I
needed it to be visual, something I could see, and not just reading out of a book or eBook.

And then I discovered how-to tutorials, where someone who knew the subject actually sat down at their computer and recorded screen shots showing exactly what steps they used to accomplish a specific task, and I could sit at my computer and watch them do it. Now we’re on to something. This is my way of learning!

I began to buy video tutorials and after several years of watching and studying them, I feel that I have become fairly adept at many computer and Internet skills that would not have been possible if I had tried to do it reading dull boring 4 inch thick books.

I now routinely create web sites using HTML, or with Wordpress or Joomla. I have built several ecommerce sites, several blogs, and all because of video training versus written word training.

A person can purchase video tutorials on all kinds of subjects. When I bought my video tutorials, it was a matter of paying for them, downloading them, and storing them on my hard drive. A lot of the time I would be finished with the tutorial in a few days or weeks, and never really need it after that. In some instances though I would go back and watch the video again every few months.

A person can still buy video tutorials, download them, and store them on their hard drive, if they wish, or they can simply “rent”video tutorials, use them for a certain period of time, and not actually own them. It is usually at a much lower price to “rent” video tutorials than if they purchased them. The choice is entirely up to the customer.

There are a lot of video tutorials available on the Internet, covering a very
wide variety of subjects, and I recommend them highly for anyone wanting to learn new or specialized computer and Internet skills.

Summer is now over and kids are heading back to school . They many mean different things to different people . If you’re a parent that’s sending their child off to college there is no doubt you have some fears in mind. There is nothing wrong with it; as a matter of fact it is perfectly normal. You have brought them up since they were little and done everything in your power to make sure they live a safe life . Once they’re off to college it is up to them to make sure they are safe. They no longer will have you right there making sure they take the right steps.

Most colleges are pretty big and can be considered a melting pot of many different types of people. Most people are there with good intensions of developing their lives and bettering themselves. However, there are always a few bad seeds mixed in with the bunch. With different factors such as drugs, alcohol, and stress this could lead to an unstable place to be .

For the most part colleges do a pretty good job keeping students safe but when you think about it there is normally a few thousand students and maybe 100 security guards trying to protect everyone. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to strike fear into everyone . The point of this article is to make sure you are educated on your choices for keeping your children safe. When you are using either pepper spray or a stun gun there is the chance that it can be taken away and used against you. They are by no means bad methods of self defense they just have a higher risk. If you want to get a cheap and effective safety solution for you child this is the perfect product for you .

The next up for self defense choices is Stun Guns . More than likely you have seen some other things I have put out about pepper spray . I won’t lie; I’m kind of a nut when it comes to the stuff. It is very flex able and there are so many different types you can get . You can choose almost any type and get some great results .

There are also a few myths about pepper spray that I would like to shed some light on . A lot of people believe that pepper spray is dangerous chemically engineered substance that poses a lot of risks to anyone it is used on. They could not be further from the truth . To put it simply, it is a very refined extract of red pepper . It can be dangerous if the person it is used on has repertory problems or if used in extremely large amounts but most of the time it is perfectly safe.

By using a small bottle of pepper spray someone can bring an attacker to their knees from up to 15 feet away. If your child finds themselves in a situation with an aggressive attacker all they have to do is push down on the top of the bottle and they will gain the upper hand. The best part is this will give them anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to escape and find help.

In my opinion pepper spray is the best choice for anyone that needs protection . The many shapes and sizes it comes in make it perfect to take anywhere. Your child can use a small best pepper spray to keep on their key ring. They could even have a slightly larger bottle to keep in their pocket, purse, or car. There are also several different types including bottles that look like pagers, tubes of lipstick, or even walking weights. As you can see there is defiantly a solution for any college student when it comes to pepper spray.

Both of these self defense products are very effective and both carry their advantages and disadvantages. So if you have a child that is going off to college this year do the right thing and keep them safe . It will make you feel much better about the safety of your child and I’m sure they will as well.
